A: There is no difference, we simply use another term because we strongly believe that a person is a multi-layered and complex being, defined by many different dimensions – personality, cognitive, physical, and social – rather than by measurable attributes or traits.

A: It means that you can customise the GR8PI platform to fit your branding or assessment and reporting needs. We basically have two types of customisation:

• Our standard customisation enabling you to create your own assessments through a simple “choose and pick exercise”, guided by the platform. • If you have more extensive needs for customisation – like creating unique assessments, reporting etc. specifically tailored only to your organisation – we offer full customisation.
