The systems and products are used by a wide variety of private companies, government agencies, trade associations, schools, higher education institutions, and nonprofits for segments related to pre-employment examination, performance appraisal, employee counselling, employee productivity, employee turnover and reorganization, counselling and career guidance for young people.

Great People Inside is also engaged in the annual organization of the International Human Resources Conference Great People Inside with a presence of 16 consecutive years in this field, being one of the important players in this field, on this website GPI wants to offer and sell access at the event, physically or online, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, and the beneficiary wishes to purchase one or more tickets for participation in the event.

GPI sells products access to the event, online, exclusively through the website https://greatpeopleinside.com/conference2022 or through its consultants.

The individual or legal person who orders for his own use or his employees / collaborators / partners through the site https://greatpeopleinside.com/conference2022, is called during these terms and conditions, “Customer”.

Before making any transaction, the Customer is obliged to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions by checking the box “I agree to the terms and conditions”. Great People Inside S.R.L. reserves the right to modify this contract whenever necessary, the Client will be notified of these changes when accessing the site (see art. 3 of this contract). The site is accessible to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of maintenance operations.

1. OBJECT

This agreement, entitled “Terms and Conditions”, describes the general terms and conditions for the online sale of access to the event organized by GPI and the rights and obligations of it and the Customer. The contract can be saved and / or printed on paper.

2. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

The customer is any legal person or natural person over the age of 18 who has all the legal rights to validate an order. By selecting the “order now” button when it will be directed to the online payment service and by selecting the “order payment” the customer confirms and guarantees that he is in full legal rights to accept the terms and conditions.

3. AMENDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GPI reserves the right to change the “Terms and Conditions” at any time, and the Customer will be notified of these changes when accessing the site. Continuing to use the site by ordering and purchasing access to the event is considered its acceptance of the changes made. The new conditions will be applied to any order / transaction starting from the day of their modification.

The customer is advised to carefully consult the “Terms and Conditions” before issuing / validating an order in order to be aware of any changes.

4. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

GPI presents the products on the site together with their description, allowing the Customer to take note of the essential information before placing a final / final order.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that he has read all the data displayed on the site about the ordered products (name, price, delivery method, special product information, various quantity limitations, etc.) and that he accepts them without reservation.

The detailed product information sheet is not a contractual source, but is for information purposes only.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS

The prices and type of participation displayed are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

6. PRICES

The prices of the products and services presented on the site are expressed in LEI and have all taxes included. The prices are applicable when the customer validates the order.

The prices are affected by T.V.A., and all the legal changes occurred regarding the amount of this tax will be reflected in the price of the products and services present on the site at the moment of entry into force of the respective normative act.

7. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER BY GREAT PEOPLE INSIDE

GPI will confirm the validation of the order by an automatic e-mail sent to the Customer, through which the following information will be communicated: the list of ordered items, product prices and the tax invoice.

After confirming the order validation, GPI will send you a new email with the access link to the online event or invitation.

GPI reserves the right to cancel an order if there is a problem with its payment, in the event of a dispute with that customer, or if the order is incomplete. In this case, GPI will inform the Client about the situation by e-mail or telephone.

8. PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Payment for the products is made by bank card.

GPI accepts payment with the following debit or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron.

The payment amount for the validated order will be blocked from the valid card registered at the time of validation of the respective order. The amount actually paid for the order will be withdrawn only when the Customer presses the order completion button and cannot be higher than the amount initially blocked at the time of payment of the order. The term in which the card issuing bank unlocks / credits the amount to the customer’s account, cannot be estimated / controlled by GPI and its partner PlățiOnline and can be different from one bank to another and from one case to another.

The customer guarantees that the payment instrument used is valid and that it is not obtained through a fraudulent method.

If the Customer is a minor and the payment is made with the card of one of the parents, the parent with whose card the value of the products is paid, guarantees that he is aware and agrees with the order of the products.

GPI reserves the right to suspend / cancel any order / delivery on which there are suspicions regarding the method of payment.

GPI reserves the right to suspend / cancel all orders in case of refusal to make payment by financial-banking institutions.

All banking transactions on the site will be carried out in a secure manner, PlățiOnline – GPI partner – being the guarantor of this security in terms of online payments and undertakes to protect all personal data and information related to online payment methods. .

All information entered in order to make an online payment (card number, password, card expiration date) will not be stored on GPI servers but will be the sole responsibility of OnlinePayments.

The tax invoice will be issued for each individual order and will be delivered online to the e-mail address mentioned in the order.

9. DELIVERY

The ordered products will be delivered to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the process of placing the order.

The customer has the obligation to verify the correctness of the information provided regarding the delivery address prior to the validation of the order. In the event of errors in entering this information, GPI will not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by GPI, at the moment of validation of the order of the products ordered to the Customer at the e-mail address selected by him at the time of order validation and transmission of the invoice.

GPI will consider that the order has been received in good condition and delivered in full on the day immediately following the transmission of the e-mail containing the access link or the invitation to the event.

10. RETURNING PRODUCTS

The right to return products purchased online.

For purchased invitations, the Customer has a period of 10 days from the date of their payment to return it without incurring any expenses only if this is communicated at least 30 days before the event otherwise the customer will not be able to be reimbursed for the costs incurred in purchasing the invitations.

GPI recommends that the Customer who wishes to exercise their right of return send an e-mail to [email protected].

In the event of any disputes, the Customer will be able to file complaints with the GPI in order to reach an amicable settlement. In the conditions in which no amicable agreement has been reached between the parties, the dispute will be able to be solved by the competent courts in Romania.
