Together with Qosmo Hotel we have devised a plan that will provide everyone involved with the conference with safety measures that will reduce the risk of contracting Covid-19.

We will have 4 or 5 designated areas where trained medical professionals will test every participant with antigen rapid tests. These tests can be processed in only 15 minutes and soon as the results are in you will receive an SMS with the result.

Special seating arrangements have been crafted in order to better control crowd density, stand capacity and traffic flowin the main hall and the networking area.

Among the numerous hand-sanitizer stations, the Food & Beverage personnel will be equipped with masks and protective gloves at all times. The venue will be disinfected regularly, including stands, product samples and audio-visual equipment.

Staff will be trained in health and safety guidelines and rules for the venue. People outside the conference will not be allowed in event area.
