GREAT PEOPLE INSIDE S.R.L., anun\u021b\u0103 declan\u0219area procesului de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie pentru ocuparea pozi\u021biei de&nbsp;<strong>Director Financiar\/Economic<\/strong>&nbsp;al societ\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedura de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu prevederile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>O.U.G. nr. 109\/2011 privind guvernan\u021ba corporativ\u0103 a \u00eentreprinderilor publice, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Legii nr. 187\/2023;&nbsp;<\/li><li>H.G. nr. 639\/2023;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Actului constitutiv al societ\u0103\u021bii;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Scrisorii de a\u0219tept\u0103ri a autorit\u0103\u021bii publice tutelare.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durata mandatului Directorului Financiar\/Economic este de&nbsp;<strong>4 ani<\/strong>, conform prevederilor actului constitutiv al societ\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"etapele-procesului-de-recrutare-\u0219i-selec\u021bie\"><strong>Etapele procesului de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesul de selec\u021bie se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103toarele etape:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Evaluarea conformit\u0103\u021bii administrative \u0219i a eligibilit\u0103\u021bii dosarelor de candidatur\u0103 (lista lung\u0103);&nbsp;<\/li><li>Evaluarea competen\u021belor \u0219i a experien\u021bei candida\u021bilor \u0219i \u00eentocmirea listei scurte;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Evaluarea final\u0103 a candida\u021bilor inclu\u0219i \u00een lista scurt\u0103, pe baza:<ul><li>dosarului de candidatur\u0103;&nbsp;<\/li><li>matricei profilului candidatului;&nbsp;<\/li><li>declara\u021biei de inten\u021bie;&nbsp;<\/li><li>interviului de selec\u021bie.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"condi\u021bii-generale-minime-obligatorii\"><strong>Condi\u021bii generale minime obligatorii<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Candida\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 cumulativ urm\u0103toarele condi\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Studii superioare economice finalizate cu diplom\u0103 de licen\u021b\u0103;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Experien\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103 de minimum 10 ani;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Experien\u021b\u0103 de minimum 3 ani \u00een func\u021bii de conducere, coordonare sau audit financiar;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Minimum 5 ani experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een cadrul unor entit\u0103\u021bi cu cel pu\u021bin 20 de angaja\u021bi;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Capacitate deplin\u0103 de exerci\u021biu;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Stare de s\u0103n\u0103tate corespunz\u0103toare func\u021biei;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lipsa \u00eenscrierilor \u00een cazierul judiciar \u0219i fiscal;&nbsp;<\/li><li>S\u0103 nu se afle \u00een situa\u021bii de incompatibilitate conform legisla\u021biei;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Reputa\u021bie profesional\u0103 \u0219i integritate;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cunoa\u0219terea limbii rom\u00e2ne.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"cerin\u021be-specifice-func\u021biei\"><strong>Cerin\u021be specifice func\u021biei<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Candida\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 demonstreze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>competen\u021be solide \u00een domeniul financiar-contabil, fiscal \u0219i bugetar;<\/li><li>experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een management financiar, control intern \u0219i raportare financiar\u0103;&nbsp;<\/li><li>capacitate de analiz\u0103 economico-financiar\u0103 \u0219i fundamentare a deciziilor strategice;&nbsp;<\/li><li>experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een elaborarea \u0219i monitorizarea bugetelor;&nbsp;<\/li><li>experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een rela\u021bia cu institu\u021bii financiare \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bi;&nbsp;<\/li><li>cuno\u0219tin\u021be privind guvernan\u021ba corporativ\u0103;&nbsp;<\/li><li>avantaj: calific\u0103ri profesionale (CECCAR, CAFR, ACCA), experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een audit, proiecte de investi\u021bii sau domeniul industrial\/defence.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"criterii-de-evaluare\"><strong>Criterii de evaluare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluarea candida\u021bilor se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een baza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>dosarului de candidatur\u0103;&nbsp;<\/li><li>profilului candidatului \u0219i matricei de evaluare;&nbsp;<\/li><li>declara\u021biei de inten\u021bie;&nbsp;<\/li><li>interviului de selec\u021bie.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"dosarul-de-candidatur\u0103\"><strong>DOSARUL DE CANDIDATUR\u0102<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosarul de candidatur\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 \u00een mod obligatoriu urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documente inten\u021bie, conform HG nr. 639\/2023 \u0219i Scrisorii de a\u0219tept\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Depunerea candidaturilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candida\u021bii interesa\u021bi sunt invita\u021bi s\u0103 depun\u0103 dosarul de candidatur\u0103 \u00een termen de&nbsp;<strong>30 de zile de la data public\u0103rii anun\u021bului<\/strong>, respectiv p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de&nbsp;<strong>08.06.2026, ora 12:00.<\/strong>&nbsp;Dosarul poate fi transmis at\u00e2t \u00een format fizic, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een format electronic. \u00cen format letric, dosarul se depune la sediul&nbsp;<strong>S.C. GREAT PEOPLE INSIDE S.R.L.<\/strong>, din Municipiul Bra\u0219ov, Str. Turnului nr. 25, Spa\u021biul 2, Biroul 423, Etaj 4, \u00eentr-un plic \u00eenchis, pe care se va men\u021biona: \u201eCandidatur\u0103 pentru func\u021bia de Director Financiar\/Economic \u2013 IAR S.A.
